Eligible, unworn items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning any item.
Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, made-to-order, and final-sale pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective. Approved exchanges are subject to availability, and any price difference will apply. Return shipping and original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Santi Luxury Jewelry provides a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear, scratches, accidental damage, loss, improper care, or repairs and alterations performed by another jeweler. Warranty requests are subject to inspection and must include proof of purchase.
