Most custom pieces take between 2 to 3 weeks from design approval to delivery. Complex pieces — multi-stone settings, engraving, or bespoke sizing — may take longer. We'll give you a clear timeline before we begin.

Custom orders start at $500 USD, depending on materials and complexity. We'll provide a detailed quote after your initial consultation.

Yes. If you have a stone, an heirloom setting, or a piece you'd like reimagined, we can work with what you bring. Bring it to the consultation and Santiago will assess whether it can be used safely in the new design.

We work in 10K, 14K, and 18K gold — in yellow, white, and rose. Each purity affects both the color depth and durability of the piece. We'll recommend what's right for your design and how you plan to wear it.

Yes. We source from suppliers who adhere to the Kimberley Process and responsible mining standards. If provenance matters to you, let us know — we can source certified conflict-free stones for your piece.

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are physically and chemically identical to mined diamonds and offer excellent value. We're happy to discuss both options so you can choose what fits your priorities.

Ready-to-ship pieces typically leave our studio within 2 business days. Domestic delivery takes 3–5 business days. International orders vary by destination — we'll confirm estimated delivery at checkout.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Every piece ships in a SANTI branded box, packaged to arrive the way it was meant to be received.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on ready-to-ship pieces, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition. Custom and personalized pieces are final sale, as they are made exclusively for you.

Store each piece separately in its box or a soft pouch to avoid scratching. Clean with a soft cloth and mild soapy water — avoid ultrasonic cleaners for pieces with delicate stone settings. Remove before swimming, exercising, or applying perfume.

Yes. We offer resizing and repairs on pieces made in our studio. Contact us with a photo of the piece and we'll let you know what's possible.
